In this show, the Scotsman responds to some less-than-positive comments he received about the sour beer show. He takes the time to remind everyone what the purpose of this show really is, to educate (but not exhaustively!), entertain, and promote the craft beer scene in the Central Valley. Scotsman and Drew talk about Central Valley BrewFest, as well as 10 EAST’s special after-event, SourFest Saturday. The Ale Evangelists also enjoy a collaboration Imperial Dark Rye beer, the Devil Went Down To Oregon by Ninkasi Brewing and Devil’s Backbone Brewing. Finally, the guys talk briefly about seasonals, why they exist, and what beers you might find in each season.
